    We are seeking a temporary Training Content Designer with a talent for understanding how to engage professional learners. The Training Content Designer will be tasked with upgrading the full Chicago Diamond Equity Investment training library from our CRM system to a designated LMS system, and additionally building out new material in our LMS to cover training topic gaps and new processes developed by the team. Anyone with a passion for continuing education and professional development is encouraged to apply, though a background in teaching and knowledge of graphic design is not required but strongly preferred. Responsibilities: • Ensure all training content currently stored in the client's CRM is successfully transferred to their LMS • Improve current training materials by adding visuals, knowledge checks, and other LMS features intended to engage learners • Create new training materials based on identified training gaps • Meet with the team to document company policies and procedures that require training content to be built for getting a new hire up to speed in their position • Regularly meet with the team to pilot newly created content and gather revisions • Implement suggestions and fix errors or issues as they are identified by learners Qualifications: • Experience with teaching or creating educational content is highly preferred • Experience with graphic design is highly preferred • Proficiency with Google Suite and working across multiple devices • Attention to detail • Organizational skills • Time management and prioritization skills • Communication skills via text, email, and voice • Self-directed and motivated Compensation: $20 hourly
