    Absolute Staffing is searching for a Training Coordinator to work with our client.

    Employment Type: Temporary Contract Position (6-12 Months)
    Re-evaluation at the end of the contract for potential extension or permanent placement.

    Overview:
    A Training Teaching Specialist is responsible for delivering training programs designed to enhance employee skills and knowledge, helping improve overall performance and align with organizational goals. This role works closely with the Training & Development Specialist to execute well-structured training initiatives, assess training needs, and facilitate engaging learning sessions using a variety of teaching methods tailored to diverse learning styles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Needs Assessment:

      • Identify training gaps by evaluating employee performance, consulting with managers, and conducting surveys to determine areas requiring skills development.
    • Collaboration on Curriculum Development:

      • Work closely with the Training & Development Specialist to design course outlines, learning objectives, instructional materials (e.g., handouts, presentations, videos), and assessments.
      • Provide feedback on training content to ensure it meets organizational and learner needs.
    • Delivery of Training:

      • Facilitate training sessions using diverse teaching methods such as lectures, demonstrations, role-playing, simulations, and hands-on exercises.
      • Adapt training approaches to accommodate different learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
    • Evaluation and Improvement:

      • Monitor training effectiveness through post-training assessments, feedback surveys, and performance tracking.
      • Use evaluation results to identify areas for improvement and refine future training sessions.
    • Instructional Design:

      • Incorporate principles of adult learning to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
      • Leverage technology-based tools, including online learning platforms, to enhance training delivery.
    • Collaboration with Stakeholders:

      • Partner with department managers, HR, and subject matter experts to align training content with organizational needs and priorities.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Communication and Presentation Skills:

      • Exceptional ability to effectively deliver training sessions and engage with diverse audiences.
    • Understanding of Adult Learning Principles:

      • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and strategies for creating impactful learning experiences.
    • Training Needs Assessment:

      • Capability to assess employee skill gaps and align training content with development goals.
    • Proficiency in Training Delivery Methods:

      • Experience with various instructional formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions.
    • Organizational and Time Management:

      • Strong skills to manage training schedules, logistics, and session preparation.
    • Adaptability:

      • Ability to tailor training content and delivery based on audience feedback and organizational requirements.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field is a plus.
    • Experience in training facilitation or adult education.
    • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
