    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

    • Mentor and coach new production associates to further develop competencies and career paths
    • Develop new and as needed improve upon existing training materials
    • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with the company’s values
    • Assist with on-the-job training with new production associates including new hire orientation
    • Evaluate and determine training needs of production associates
    • Audit completed training and identify training gaps

    Required experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years equivalent experience related to continuous improvement, supervision or workforce training
    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
    • Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of associates while maintaining appropriate boundaries and accountability
