    Training & Development Specialist – What You Will Do

    You will be the Company culture champion and “the microphone” of company vision, mission and values, both internally within the company and externally with stakeholders and vendor partners.

    You will:

    First:

    • Immerse yourself into the company culture to fully understand the company’s brand, culture, mission, and vision

    Then:

    • Lead the Culture Builder Team internally
    • Develop and conduct company trainings for the internal Culture Builder Team and the company overall
    • Lead the culture and vision portions of the company onboarding program and internal trainings
    • Work closely with department managers to monitor and expand company’s culture in pursuit of growth goals – this may include monitoring KPIs related to culture, team surveys to gather feedback and other ideas to bring and implement
    • Schedule, conduct and monitor client surveys to provide performance feedback.
    • Manage website, social media content, blogs, and other digital or printed materials used to promote company brand.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies i.e. brand recognition, target market research and client sales presentations.
    • Create budget for marketing and maintain records of revenues/expenses to track all relevant data for benchmarking.

    • Meet with the company’s top clients to begin to develop and foster relationships
    • Attend and/or create or lead special events and activities
    • Engage in sales activities and post-sales follow ups in pursuit of expanding the company brand awareness

    Training & Development Specialist – You Have (Required Experience & Company Fit):

    You have:

    • Comfort with presenting to groups including culture presentations and leading onboarding
    • Excitement to work in an office with a team 5 days a week in Long Beach, CA (may include evening events on occasion)

    Training & Development Specialist – Desired, Not Required:

    You might have:

    • Prior experience or exposure to construction
    • Prior experience in a corporate training, marketing or brand ambassador role
    • Prior experience in an inside sales role

    Training & Development Specialist \- Benefits for YOU

    Your compensation will be $90,000 to $115,000 base salary, as well as additional bonus incentives, and profit share potential.
