    Applanga - Integration Support Engineer (US - EST time zone)

    What you will be doing

    • Be a part of an agile development team with a high impact across the organization funneling customer feedback and use case-specific insides back into the product roadmap

    • Become an expert in Applanga’s platform: SDKs, APIs, CLI, CI/CD integrations, Design Tool plugins (Sketch, Figma, AdobeXD), and combination with the web-based platform (TMS)

    • Support popular customer use cases and enable technical onboarding actively and by preparing detailed integration examples, documentation, and architecture diagrams

    • Manage and evolve the Applanga demo environments and applications which include:

    • Building and extending apps (mobile & web) with Applanga integrations to address specific customer needs or highlight specific features

    • Learning how to define, evolve, and migrate end-to-end localization workflows to match different use cases and demo scenarios

    • identifying high-value technical problems and prototyping quick solutions to address them - Coach solution/sales engineers and act as a tech lead for internal discussion and use case analysis Your Profile - 5+ years total technical experience; 3+ years experience within SaaS architecture or sales engineering - Knowledge of web technologies, mobile technologies, APIs, CI/CD workflows, and tools - Ability to research technical questions independently, follow troubleshooting steps, and quickly learn new technical topics - Strong communication skills and impeccable English - Experience with creating documentation for technology products - Experience with agile working methodologies is a plus What we offer - Contribute to a product used by thousands of people and companies with household names from around the world - The flexibility of a startup working environment with the stability of a global enterprise - Work remote or from a TransPerfect office in your area (160 locations worldwide) - An inspiring international team, a fun, and productive environment - All the hardware and software you need to do your job - Challenges, space for creativity, and taking ownership
