    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engagement Leadership:
      • Take the reins on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects, uncovering insights on quality of earnings, working capital, and more.
      • Transform complex financial data into actionable reports that wow our clients and help them make game-changing decisions.
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Become the go-to guru for middle-market businesses and private equity clients.
      • Forge strong, trusted connections with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Team Development:
      • Inspire and guide your team, creating a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.
      • Review and refine team deliverables, ensuring every detail shines.
    • Business Development:
      • Spot opportunities to expand our transaction advisory services and bring them to life.
      • Partner with leadership to craft creative marketing strategies and make a splash at networking events.
    • Technical Expertise:
      • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest industry trends, regulatory shifts, and technical advancements.
      • Drive continuous improvement, implementing best practices to keep us at the top of our game.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required. Bonus points for CFA or similar certifications.
    • 2-3 years of experience in transaction advisory services, with a passion for middle-market and private equity transactions.
    • Proven expertise in leading financial due diligence projects.
    • Sharp analytical skills, a knack for problem-solving, and stellar project management abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you’re a natural at connecting with clients and team members.
