    We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities: • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance • Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • overseeing all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in transaction processes, including documentation and compliance. • Manage office operations, including office hours, duty shifts, and administrative tasks. Provide support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional client service. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications to manage tasks efficiently. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Leadership skills to oversee office operations and assist the team effectively. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
