Responsibilities: • Oversee Operations: Manage administrative tasks for transactions from contract to close, ensuring compliance and proper documentation. • Coordinate Stakeholders: Communicate with agents, lenders, title/escrow, appraisers, and contractors for timely closings. • Review and Approve Documents: Ensure accuracy of contracts, forms, and agreements; secure approvals and distribute to relevant parties. • Facilitate Transactions: Assist agents, customers, and stakeholders in meeting all contractual obligations. • Schedule and Track: Arrange property inspections, and appraisals, and monitor repair progress. • Provide Updates: Deliver weekly status updates to all parties and address any issues promptly. • Maintain Records: Update CRM and organize transaction files, including post-closing updates. • Support Team Initiatives: Assist with special projects, enhance office organization, and ensure brand consistency. • Foster Relationships: Provide exceptional service to maintain positive customer relationships. Qualifications: • Experience: 1-2 years in a Transaction Coordinator or similar real estate role. • Organization: Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage deadlines. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Teamwork: Independent yet collaborative with a positive, team-oriented attitude. • Technical Skills: Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and CRM tools (experience preferred). • Detail-Oriented: Focused on accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness. • Problem-Solving: Proactive and growth-minded in addressing challenges. • Customer Service: Service-driven with the ability to handle diverse personalities. • Flexibility: A “can-do” attitude to support team success. • Real Estate License: Required (or willing to obtain within 90 days). Compensation: $43,700 - $54,000 salary plus bonus potential
