    We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities: • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner • Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly • Responsible for effective communication with clients to ensure that fiduciary service is delivered from contract to close • Ensure 5 Star client experience Qualifications: • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred • Must be able to work in our office, Monday through Friday, located in Nashville, TN Compensation: $45,000 - $52,500 yearly
