Your job will consist of performing research on properties to support our acquisition team in making educated buying decisions and determining the steps needed to clear title, market, and sell acquired properties. Remote work & flexible schedules are available. Compensation: $40,000 base pay per year plus $150 per property closing (anticipate $70,000 and up per year in total) Responsibilities: • Develop a deep understanding and actively manage deal acquisition, marketing, and closing processes • Manage information flow in company systems including the client CRM (Podio), Google Platform, and Dotloop • Perform and regulate title clearance and closing requirements, processes, and resources • Conduct research in furtherance of title clearance and closing • Manage high volume of tasks with strict attention to detail and deadlines • Properly prioritize tasks based on business needs or client/partner expectations • Develop networks and cooperate professionally with sellers, buyers, agents, appraisers, title companies, lenders, home inspectors, contractors, and attorneys, etc. • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices • Perform additional duties as directed by the VP, Acquisition Managers, Administrative Staff, or President Qualifications: • Attention to Detail • Organization • Communication Skills, Text, Email, & Voice • Driven to Grow • Teamwork and coordination • Experience coordinating efforts between multiple teams • Experience in transaction management in a realty context • Broker License Required Compensation: $70,000+ yearly potential
