GET IN TOUCH TODAY so that we can get to know you! As a RPC PARTICIPANT EDUCATION SPECIALIST, you will work with some of the most successful organizations around. You will be a critical link in providing the retirement and benefit plans that are key providers of stability for employees in a variety of industries.

Utilizing best-in-class resources and technology, you will:

· Be the first point of contact for the firm when providing ongoing financial support and education directly to participants

· Develop and present current plan information and topical educational seminars to plan participants at request of plan sponsor

· Work one on one with participants to answer questions regarding their plan during enrollment process; if research or service is necessary, assign action items to appropriate staff and oversee implementation, documentation, and communication with the participant/client

· Track and maintain results of those meetings, including attendance, allocation changes, and participating changes; prepare and provide monthly report results to lead advisor for fiduciary reviews

· Identify resource materials for new and current participant educational and enrollment meetings

· Develop strong relationships with key contacts and employees

· Schedule and coordinate participant meetings

· Understand plan regulatory requirements, and provide guidance to participants and the benefits manager

· Continue education in advanced markets/financial literacy through industry, company, broker-dealer, and business resources

Qualifications for this role include:

o Undergraduate degree (preferred)

o Previous experience with qualified retirement plans (401K and 403B)

o Series 65 (preferred)

o Excellent communication and relationship management skills

o Strong public speaking skills

o Ability to establish and build rapport with clients

o Ability to prioritize appropriately

o Maintain progress on multiple tasks simultaneously

o Detail oriented and organized

o Strong computer desktop skills are required (esp. Microsoft PowerPoint tools)

o Demonstrated job stability and career progression
