    Financial Advisor

    Location: Indianapolis, IN; Full-time, In-office

    Compensation: $150,000 – $170,000, based on experience

    In your new role, you can expect to:

    • Manage existing client relationships.
    • Interpret various planning documents, including account statements, tax returns, estate documents, life insurance policies, and annuity contracts.
    • Respond to client inquiries and requests.
    • Conduct client reviews.
    • Meet with clients and work with support staff to prepare illustrations.
    • Correspond with clients, their family members, and strategic alliances.
    • Continuously maintain client relationships, understanding their unique circumstances, connections, and interests.
    • Take a proactive approach to client service and collaboration with colleagues.
    • Stay current on trends and regulations within the financial planning arena.

    Qualifications for this opportunity include:

    Must Have:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5 - 10 years of experience as a financial planner providing advice on investment, tax, risk, education, and estate planning topics
    • Hold the CFP designation or CPA/PFS (Personal Financial Specialist)
    • Ability to thrive under pressure

    • Relationship management skills
