Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule timely pick-ups, ensuring efficient routing for passengers.
• Organize and manage driver schedules for optimal efficiency.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any transportation-related issues or concerns.
• Assist drivers with route adjustments and provide navigation support.
• Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of call center or customer service experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service roles preferred.
