Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Transportation Drainage Project Manager IV to join our team in Dallas or Fort Worth, Texas. This role requires expertise in managing complex drainage projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
6+ years of previous design experience on transportation projects including Schematic Development and/or Preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E)
Texas PE license
Experience designing highway/roadway systems and drainage systems
Experience with GeoPak Drainage, SWMM, HY-8, and HEC Programs
Experience managing multidisciplinary project with subconsultants
Experience with design software including MicroStation and GEOPAK and/or OpenRoads
Familiar with MS Office 2010 software (Excel, Word, Project) is a big plus
Experience with H&H reports
Experience with SUDA
Experience in preparing CLOMR/LOMR and Coordination with Local Flood Plain Administrators/AgenciesTxDOT Pre-certifications (Schematic Development, Roadway Design, Hydrologic Studies, Roadway Hydraulic Design, Bridge Hydraulic Design, Storm Water Pump Station-Hydraulic Design, Bridge Scour Evaluation and Analysis, Coastal Hydraulic Design, Riverive Hydraulic Design, and FEMA Regulations and Permits)
Experience with Business Development/Client Relations
Experience with TxDOT proposals and interviews
Proven experience of success with TxDOT pursuits
Experience with managing people at various experience levels and ability to mentor with their career development
Good communication skills and ability to manage a team
Exposure to drainage projects in Edwards Aquifer Zone and Water Quality Plans
Exposure to drainage system in coastal environments
