Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation operations, ensuring timely delivery of freight, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze data to optimize routes and schedules.

Duties

Manage incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries from clients and drivers.

Utilize phone systems ,Fleet Complete to track shipments, manage schedules, and coordinate logistics.

Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to facilitate smooth transportation planning.

Analyze transportation data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and resolve issues as they arise.

Maintain accurate records through data entry, ensuring all information is up-to-date in the system.

Qualifications

Proven experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred.

Strong understanding of freight operations, shipping, and receiving processes.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.

Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all duties performed.
