    Job Description:

    As the Transportation Manager at 654Limo, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our transportation services. You will be responsible for leading our team, optimizing logistics, and ensuring the highest standards of service quality. Your role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

    Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, route planning, and fleet management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

    Staff Supervision: Manage and coordinate a team of drivers and office personnel. Handle hiring, training, performance evaluations, and provide support to enhance team performance.

    Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and assist in pricing strategies to ensure financial stability and growth.

    Customer Service: Address customer concerns, implement strategies to improve satisfaction, and ensure a high standard of service delivery.

    Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards, environmental guidelines, and licensing requirements.

    Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term strategies for growth, service improvement, and market expansion.

    Maintenance Oversight: Oversee vehicle maintenance and infrastructure repair to ensure safety and reliability.

    Technology Integration: Utilize technology for scheduling, route optimization, and customer service enhancements. Manage software systems and digital platforms.

    Public Relations: Represent the company in the community, manage relationships with local businesses and government agencies, and handle public relations efforts.

    Crisis Management: Address and resolve unexpected issues or emergencies, such as accidents or service disruptions, and implement contingency plans.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in transportation management or a related field.
