PA is expanding its global transportation sector team and bringing new, innovative transit and aviation propositions to the US market. We are looking for a Transportation- aligned Principal Consultant to join this growing team.

Undertaking program readiness assessments for major infrastructure programs
Transforming fare and ticketing for transit authorities
Turning data into insight and using it to drive performance of asset development, management, and predictive maintenance
Combining adaptive and agile delivery with new tools and technologies, helping to boost delivery of major programs and the integration of new rolling stock into existing infrastructure
and operations
Working with our clients to embed a culture of safety and learning, tying together new safety technologies and data-driven analytical and management tools
Harnessing new and existing technologies such as augmented reality, IoT, and Big Data, to drastically improve the flow of people and fleet in the network
Digitizing assets to generate insights for efficiencies and for integration into delivery platforms to manage cost, schedule, and performance
Qualifications
We are interested in hearing from individuals with solid relevant experience, who can deliver high quality work to transit clients. We are also interested in candidates who have experience of successfully selling consultancy / professional services work to clients in the transport sector.
We would expect successful candidates to be able to demonstrate:
Experience and deep knowledge of the transit or rail sectors and its structures
An ability to create / maintain an effective client network by nurturing key client relationships
Exceptional problem solving and consulting skills (does not have to be for a consultancy)
Experience of designing and delivering projects / programs in a range of environments
An ability to work with colleagues in a multi-disciplined team
An ability to create / maintain an effective client network by nurturing key client relationships
Excellent communication skills and confidence to work across all levels of a business
An ability to relate to customers and user experience
A minimum of 10 years in the field

In compliance with Massachusetts Equal Pay Transparency Act, PA is required to provide a reasonable salary range for this role. This salary range is specific to the State of Massachusetts and is commensurate with experience, market data, applicant skills, internal equity and/or degrees/certifications. Massachusetts annual range: $140,000.00 - High: $180,000.00
