Weekly Gross Pay: $2,874 for 40 hours

Taxable: $1,320 weekly ($33 x 40)

Non-Taxable: $1,554 weekly ($38.85 x 40)

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Shift: 8 hour Days (0600-1430)

Ideal candidates should have:

• 2 years of recent independent Endoscopic Vein Harvest utilizing either Terumo or Maquet 6 Pro.

• 2 years of recent Open Heart First Assist experience required.

• BLS, CSFA, CFA, or SA-C required.
