    Journeyman Electrician Foreman – Industrial | Travel Required (50%) Location: Based in Connecticut – Projects Throughout the Northeast Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience + Per diem + Travel accommodations

    Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our team for full-time, long-term industrial work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with travel and ready to work on job sites across multiple states. Expect to be away from home approximately 50% of the time, with all travel expenses and per diem covered.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and components

    Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

    Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and within scope

    Follow all company and job site safety protocols

    Accurately document work performed and report project progress

    Travel to project sites throughout the region, staying out of town as needed

    Requirements:

    Valid Journeyman Electrician License (CT or ability to reciprocate)

    Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience

    Proficiency in conduit bending, motor controls, PLCs, and industrial equipment wiring

    Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

    Clean driving record and willingness to travel

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented

    Preferred:

    OSHA 10/30 certification

    Experience working in power plants, manufacturing facilities, or large-scale industrial environments

    Multi-state license or reciprocity knowledge is a plus
