Responsibilities: • Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to clients based on their preferences and budget. • Goal: Increase customer satisfaction by providing personalized travel itineraries that meet and exceed expectations. • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best deals on travel packages or individual components including flights, resorts, and/or cruise ships for clients. • Goal: Maximize profit margins while offering competitive prices to clients. • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the booking process, addressing any concerns or needs promptly and professionally. • Goal: Build long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Stay updated on industry trends, travel advisories, and visa/passport requirements to provide accurate and reliable information to clients. • Ensure clients have a seamless and stress-free travel experience by anticipating and addressing potential obstacles proactively. • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and payments to track sales performance and facilitate future bookings. • Goal: Achieve and exceed your personal sales goals by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel services to clients. Qualifications: • Valid US Passport or application in progress • Disciplined and driven • 2+ years of sales and account management experience in client-facing environment • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals • Excellent computer and software skills and web-based portal familiarity • Work independently in fully connected workspace • Manage your own schedule Compensation: $40,000 - $75,000 yearly
