Position Summary: Innoved Institute is looking for a Field Laboratory Technician who will support the Event Services Coordinator by staffing medical education events across the U.S. Our candidates must have a valid drivers license, with the flexibility to travel overnight on average 2-5 days per week. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with hands-on work involving human cadaveric specimens, and excited about travel opportunities. Innoved provides all the necessary training and tools for success.

Job Type:
Full-time, salary-based position
Hybrid schedule; not limited to a traditional 9-5 structure
Salary: $37,000 - $42,000 per year
Location: Hybrid role based in Elk Grove Village, IL 60007
Key Responsibilities:
Staff events across the U.S. for Innoved clients (80%-90% of the role)
Make all travel arrangements independently
Support weekend or special event hours, with a flexible approach to changing priorities
Assist with the preparation of lab spaces for medical training courses with proper instrumentation, equipment, and tissue as directed
Learn and understand how to operate various lab equipment such as specimen positioners, C-arm machine, and arthoscopy tower
Prepare client-specific resource materials
Document event invoicing details
Ensure compliance with lab safety and cleanliness standards
Assist other departments as needed, with on-the-job training provided
Adhere to all safety regulations and internal protocols to maintain a safe, organized workspace
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Comfort and curiosity in working with human cadaveric specimens
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, team player, and self-motivated professional
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and navigate stairs
