BGIS, a leader in integrated real estate management, is looking for a Traveling Maintenance Technician (Mobile General Skilled Technician). We offer a range of services including facilities management, project management, and energy & sustainability services. Our focus is on self-performing technical services like HVAC, Electrical, and General Skills.
Hourly rate: $28 - $32 Per Hour
3&3 Tech Flex Program
Eligible positions can choose from:
$3,500 Cash Bonus
40 Extra Hours of Floating Holidays
$3,500 in Technical Training
Responsibilities
Perform general repairs and small service projects from a service vehicle.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various appliances and building elements.
Conduct minor HVAC and plumbing services.
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and adhere to safety procedures.
Qualifications
Skilled in using power tools and supporting equipment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to read blueprints and manage expenses.
Experience in general repairs in the commercial market.
Secondary school diploma or GED required, trade school preferred.

BGIS is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. BGIS has different pay ranges for different work locations within the United States which allows us to pay team members competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location.
The salary range for this non-exempt position in the US is $28.00-32.00 per hour.
A candidate’s salary offer is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, certifications, licenses, and location.
