Job Highlights:

• Pay : Commission based, $40K-$90K average in 4 months; top performers make $150K+ (uncapped commissions and bonuses).

• Season : April–August 2025.

• Housing : Company-provided housing in Texas, Utah, or Arizona.

• Work Style : Active and on your feet, walking 4-5 miles a day, talking to homeowners (no desk work).

Responsibilities:

• Knock doors and sell pest control and lawn care services to homeowners.

• Build connections, communicate effectively, and close deals.

• Push yourself to meet individual and team sales goals.
