Shift : Full-time (40-45 hours)

Compensation: $45,000-$60,000/year plus paid training

Position Summary:

As a Traveling Solar Panel Installer, you must be a hard worker ready to help with the removal and reinstallation of residential solar systems. You will spend 70-90% of your day working on rooftops with various angles and heights in all weather conditions. The most important feature of a good solar installer is being someone willing to learn, and motivated. Someone wanting to make a difference while providing world-class customer service skills. Essential Duties:

• Follow layout plans and perform the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment
• Support the crew to assure the successful completion of the solar system installation
• Document completion of quality installation
• Compliance with OSHA standards

Key Competencies:

• Must be able to consistently carry up to 60 pounds
• Must be comfortable working with heights (Ladders, stairs, and roofs)
• Must have a reliable means of transportation and be comfortable with travelling long distance.
• Prior residential solar installation experience
• Prior roofing/roofer experience or residential construction preferred but not required
