The Treasury Analyst is responsible for administering and maintaining global treasury and banking systems, executing treasury projects, and providing vital support for internal and external banking and insurance-related requests. This is a role focused on tactical execution and hands-on tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Global Banking Platforms
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and information to users and business unit administrators.
- Maintain and ensure the security of current banking platforms.
- Oversee user system maintenance and provide support for system enhancements, new banking products, and user migrations.
- Assist with banking administration through entitlements, entitlement reporting and payment execution
- Assist with Wire/ACH Payments, Stop Payment Requests, Positive Pay, and other online banking services.
2\. Credit Cards
- Assume the role of a subject matter expert, delivering instructions and support to users and business unit administrators.
- Maintain existing credit card programs and oversee security administration as the global point of contact.
- Manage cardholder maintenance and coordinate the rollout of corporate-sponsored credit card programs at new business units.
- Investigate and coordinate credit card programs in new jurisdictions, in collaboration with local and Business Unit management and banks, and coordination with Concur.
3\. Concur Platform
- Provides guidance to users and business unit administrators.
- Monitor the Concur system, maintaining audit and compliance rules.
- Handle user maintenance and set up new business units in currently served jurisdictions, providing training as needed.
- Ensure business unit maintenance and oversee the setup of new jurisdictions in Concur, updating system architecture, rules, departments, and expense types as required.
4\. Concur Intelligence: Cognos:
- Maintain regularly used reports and create new reports as necessary.
- Provide data distribution of regular system-generated database reports.
- Offer data support for compliance, investigations, or audits upon request.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Financial Systems, or a related field.
- Previous Experience with Concur, Banking Platforms, Treasury Management, or other Financial systems is preferred.
- Experience in managing Corporate Credit Card programs is ideal.
