Treasury Analyst – Global Manufacturing Firm

The team is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their growing team. This role will focus on administering global treasury systems, supporting key financial platforms such as Concur, and driving process improvements. It is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for financial operations and a knack for problem-solving.
The role requires someone to work on a HYBRID schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) and must be based in Chicago, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Banking Operations
- Act as the go-to expert for banking systems, supporting users and business administrators.
- Manage security and access controls on banking platforms.
- Support banking functions such as payments, entitlement management, and system enhancements.
Corporate Credit Card Management
- Serve as the primary contact for corporate credit card programs globally.
- Oversee cardholder setup and maintenance, ensuring smooth rollouts to new locations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and financial institutions on program expansions and credit card administration.
Expense Management with Concur
- Provide guidance to users and business unit administrators on the Concur platform.
- Monitor system compliance and maintain audit rules.
- Handle user setup and manage configurations for new jurisdictions, including system architecture, rules, and expense types.
- Train business units on Concur functionality to ensure smooth integration and ongoing usage.
- Oversee the rollout of Concur updates and support system-wide changes as needed.
Data Reporting with Concur Intelligence
- Maintain and update commonly used reports, creating new reports as required.
- Distribute system-generated data for compliance, audits, or investigations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reports meet operational and regulatory needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience with Concur, treasury systems, banking platforms, or corporate credit card programs is highly preferred.
