What You'll Do:

Welcome and greet patients, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Coordinate and schedule patient treatments, ensuring efficient and timely care.

Discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients, providing clear communication and understanding.

Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.

Manage patient records, appointments, and follow-ups with attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in dental/medical office coordination or customer service.

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, compassionate approach.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of dental software (such as Dentrix, Open Dental or Eaglesoft) is a plus!

Someone who is knowledgeable with dental insurance is preferred.

A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

Someone who has strong communication skills.

Wiliness to travel to two locations.
