The Position: We are seeking a Full-Time Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in guiding patients through their treatment journey, ensuring they understand their options, financial commitments, and scheduling needs.

• $30.00 Per Hour
• Monthly Bonus Structure ($400 -$500)

Requirements:

• 5+ Years Of Experience In The Dental Field (Required)
• 5+ Years Of Experience In Treatment Plan Presentation (Preferred)
• Strong Communication & Patient Education Skills
• Detail-Oriented With The Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment
• Upbeat, Professional, And Team-Focused Personality
• Software – Dentrix

Responsibilities:

• Monday – Thursday
• 7:20 AM Huddle
• Flexible on Days
• Full Support Staff
  
• 40-60 patients/day
