Trees For Needs tree service in the north valley is looking for someone to help build and expand our PHC program.

The right individual will:

· Have a good knowledge of trees, particularly trees in Phoenix and identification.

· Have general understating of Plant Health Care

· Looking to help build and be part of a real team

· Eager to learn as well as teach

· Wanting a place where you could grow and have your fingerprints on the operations

· Truly are passionate about your work and your customers

Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs

Ability to develop and maintain relationships - personable

Driven by a high work ethic, continuing education and desire to succeed by accomplishment as well as financially.

Be or become a Certified Applicator and Certified Arborist

Very detailed oriented and understanding that little things mean a lot

Understanding that communication is a science and an art.

Believe in process and accountability

A valid driver's license and clean record
