As a Product Center Manager in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Rods, Bundles & Cages Operations Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include:

    • Provides management direction to produce high quality products at maximum efficiency to meet delivery requirements of internal and external customers.
    • Works closely with other Product Center management, shared services, and master planners to support overall plant and customer needs.
    • Assists senior management with dealings between the manufacturing facility and the NRC and other regulatory agencies.
    • Ensures effective staffing of the Product Center, provides direction and mentoring to Supervisory staff, promotes cross-training opportunities, and develops supervisory skills of direct reports.
    • Manages the successful financial performance of the Product Center, including goal setting, budgeting, capital purchases and identification of future Production needs.

    Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations.     Your Total Rewards Package

    The range of base salary for the position is between $140,000 - $190,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

  • Qualifications
    • Cover a well-established territory maintaining and growing current accounts, developing new business opportunities, and growing the market in the territory
    • The primary role will be to target industrial, utility, data center, power generation (conventional, wind and solar), and electrical contractors to sell CBS full line of electrical testing, engineering, manufacturing and apparatus services;
    • Partner with our inside sales team, product specialists and our engineering team to plan, prepare and execute on complex electrical system upgrade projects.
    • Successfully match customer plan/requirements to proposed solutions.
    • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
    • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses.
    • Effectively communicate client needs to the engineering or production team insuring customer satisfaction.
    • Establish relationships with manufacturers, contractors, end-users, and engineering firms to promote CBS full line of services.
    • Support customer accounts with Sales, securing Purchase Orders, collecting overdue invoices, and maintaining strong customer relations.
