Position Description
Working as an account executive you will be responsible for taking sales and customer service calls, answering product questions, solution selling, creating bill of materials/ quotes, order entry, general customer service activities, and other activities management deems necessary from time to time.
In this position, you will be working in TriTech’s ecommerce division (eMarket Ventures, LLC) that has been around since 2006 and consists of a few leading specialty websites that focus on selling VoIP telephony, video conferencing, and IP surveillance equipment.
This role offers a solid hourly rate, an aggressive benefits package, and no cap on commissions or earning potential. The position is full time (8 to 5, Monday – Friday). Due to the pandemic, this position will be work from home but will transition to our office in downtown Milwaukee, WI in the Third Ward.
Responsibilities
· Receives inbound sales and customer service calls
· Answer product questions
· Provide product and service recommendations
· Quoting and creating bill of materials
· Resolve customer service issues
· Order entry
· Making outbound sales calls to new customers and follows up on dormant accounts
· Following up on leads
Requirements
· Proven track record working in sales and customer service
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Energetic and self-motivated
· Great attention to detail and technical acumen
· Excellent relationship building skills
· Experience working in the IT industry, especially with VoIP and video conferencing hardware is a plus
Compensation
$15.00 hourly + Commission
