We offer multiple perks and benefits, such as: • Health Insurance/Vision Insurance /Dental Insurance • Retirement Benefits • Paid time off • Paid government holidays • Generous PTO schedule Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, hearings, and individual merit hearings • Develop legal strategies, prepare briefs, motions, and other court documents • Conduct client interviews, gather evidence, and prepare witnesses for court appearances • Counsel clients by evaluating options and determining the best course of action for a favorable outcome • Collaborate with legal support team and other junior associates to help manage and mentor Qualifications: • Possess a Juris Doctor from a law school that is accredited • Must hold a license to practice law granted by the highest court of any state • Proficiency in Spanish is required • Excellent advocacy and courtroom presentation skills • Strong research, writing, and communication abilities • Ability to handle a fast-paced case load • Commitment to social justice and a passion for helping members of our community Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
