Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Handle inbound calls from clients with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy. Listen actively to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide assistance in a timely and efficient manner.
Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find creative solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance when necessary.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our services, solutions, and processes to provide accurate information and guidance to clients. Stay up-to-date on company updates, policies, and procedures.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in our CRM system. Ensure that all information is entered correctly and kept confidential.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to share knowledge, address customer concerns, and improve processes. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
