Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Employee to join our business coaching team. As our Sales Employee, you will be responsible for generating new leads and clients for our Business Strategy and Profit Growth Coaching Services. We specialize in helping small to medium-sized businesses grow their profits and reach the next level of success. Key Responsibilities: • Generate new leads and clients for our Business Strategy and Profit Growth Coaching Services. • Conduct initial introductory meetings with potential clients and schedule follow-up meetings with the Lead Business Strategy and Growth Expert/Founder. • Develop and implement sales strategies to reach potential clients through various channels. • Work closely with the business owner to identify potential clients and develop effective sales pitches. • Meet or exceed your sales targets. • Provide regular feedback to the business owner to help improve the sales process. • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively sell our coaching services. • Work directly with business owner to identify and implement a CRM software and develop processes around the software for future growth. Qualifications: Required: • Minimum Two (2) - Three (3) Yrs. of proven track record of successful high-ticket sales, cold/warm calling, and lead generation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Preferred: • Three (3) to Five (5) Yrs. Experience in business coaching or consulting industry. Compensation Structure: Compensation structure will be 100% commission based on new clients who sign up for our coaching program. The commission structure will be based on the breakdown below: • Commission rate of 50% on the first month's coaching fee for each client brought in. • Commission rate of 10% on the monthly coaching fee for each remaining month of the client's first year in the program. • Commissions will only be paid on the first 12 months of a client's contract. • An additional 5% bonus will be paid for each client in the first month if the goal clients are reach in that month. • Paid monthly, based on the commissions earned during the previous month. • Commission payments will be made within 15 days of the end of the month. The company expects that the Sales Employee will bring in new clients that will stay with the Company for the entirety of the initial 12-month contract. A claw back will occur if clients that are signed up do not complete their 12-month contract per the breakdown below: • 100% claw back for cancellations or defaults in the first month • 75% claw back for cancellations or defaults in months 2-3 • 25% claw back for cancellations or defaults in months 4-6.
