Business Systems Analyst Seattle WA or Vancouver BC (Hybrid Onsite) Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Monitor system performance and reliability, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions as needed. • Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. • Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure timely detection and response to anomalies. • Conduct system analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization. • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. • Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our DevOps practices. • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives. • Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience in DevOps methodologies and practices. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Travis CI. • Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). • Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.• Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements: • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Grafana. • Certification in DevOps or related field (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate).
