Nationwide Coverage:
Travel across 48 states, with a focus on routes east of I-35. You'll follow where the freight takes us without any forced dispatch into NYC or its five boroughs.

Mileage and Freight:

• Average Mileage: 2,000 - 2,200 miles per week (HOS and availability dependent)
• Freight: 100% no-touch, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload

Top-Notch Equipment and Support:
Drive in newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths (2021 or later). Get 24/7 operations support whenever you need it, so you're never alone on the road.

Competitive Vacation Package:

• 1 year = 1 week
• 3 years = 2 weeks
• 7 years = 3 weeks
• 15 years = 4 weeks

Pay and Bonuses:

• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after the second hour
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
• Performance Bonus: Up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity.

Sign-On Bonus Payout:

• $500 after your first load
• $500 after 30 days
