You don't need to have real estate or sales experience to get started - we find that our most successful teammates come from retail, food service, hospitality, and entertainment backgrounds.     What You Provide

    • Sharp insights and a quick wit: the most successful members of our team are good problem-solvers, think on their feet, and are always hunting for solutions.

    • Long-term professional goals: we hire and train for careers, not jobs, so all our teammates are members of the Chicago Association of Realtors and have plans to earn further credentials and licenses.

    • Innate organizational skills: this role involves a lot of moving parts, and people who can keep it all organized can truly excel. Time management, relationship management, and self-discipline are all critical.

    • The basics: a laptop, a client-friendly vehicle, a driver's license, and a willingness to get your license within 4 months of starting.

Our average earner takes home double the industry average, and top producers earn six figures. Last year's earnings spread was $44,000 to $82,000 for the middle 50% of our team.

    • Leads. Last year, we distributed over $9 million worth of free leads to our team. Combined with our long-term relationship development model and individual team members' lead generation, we have an overflow of leads - so we need to grow our team!
