Responsibilities: • Manage Trust Administration cases independently from beginning to end • Take charge of Conservatorship or Probate cases from initiation to completion • Establish and maintain communication with potential and existing clients through various means of contact • Collect, organize, and evaluate asset information efficiently • Prepare Trust and Probate financial accountings • Submit court paperwork, arrange court appearances, and provide support as necessary • Coordinate schedules and prepare client meeting and hearing files Qualifications: • Must have demonstrated expertise in Trust Administrations, as well as Conservatorships or Probates • Possession of a Paralegal certification or qualifications that align with the standards of Business & Professions Code Section 6450(c) is required • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a preference for familiarity with Actionstep • Strong attention to detail and capable of working independently or as part of a team • Must have a reliable means of transportation to our Newport Beach office or be willing to relocate before starting the position Compensation: $28 - $42 hourly DOE
