    Job Description: Trust Administrator

    CamaPlan is a self-directed IRA/401k administrator focused on educating clients and partners about investing in alternative assets through self-directed qualified retirement plans. The Trust Administrator reports directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for management of trust accounts, reviewing legal and financial documents along with client services.

    Requirements: • Ideal candidate has eagerness to provide exceptional customer service, attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Experience in financial services, banking, accounting, finance, and real estate a plus.

    • Bachelor's and prior work experience a plus.

    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft software, excel, word, outlook.

    • Specific experience with retirement plans, retirement investing and IRS retirement compliance and Salesforce experience a plus.

    Responsibilities: • Daily administration of trust accounts – entry incoming and outgoing transactions, Transfer/Rollover request, distributions and entry of account closings and partial transfers.

    • Implement/enforce regulatory requirements and risk mitigation policies.

    • Respond to information requests via emails from website, facilitation of account login and monitor client service levels and frequently report satisfaction levels to management.

    • Research and resolve problems and complaints. Participate in team projects.

    • Cross-train to back up co-workers. Continuous communication with internal departments such as Accounting, Operations and Compliance.

    • Accurate and timely administration of transactions in client accounts.
