    Compensation: $85 - $95 hourly

    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate DevOps Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining our development and operational processes. You will play a crucial role in automating our infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and enhancing our continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) workflows.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for various projects.
    - Automate and streamline our operations and processes for scalability and reliability.
    - Work closely with development teams to integrate new deployment processes and strategies.
    - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in our dev, test, and production environments.
    - Enhance system performance, including capacity planning, monitoring, and disaster recovery planning.
    - Stay current with industry trends and technologies, and evaluate new software or tools to improve our systems.

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
    - Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform).
    - Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
    - Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration.
    - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container management solutions.
    - Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managing scalable cloud-based environments.
    - Solid understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS).
    - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    - Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
