Seeking Trust & Estate Attorney to serve as lead executive for a South Florida based Trust Company.

Ultra-High Net Worth Clients (25mm+). Includes Trust Planning, Trust Administration, Client Growth, and Strategic Business Planning.

Candidate Requirements:

• Requires 10+ years' experience working in trust and estate planning.
• Proven success in cultivating relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to UHNW individuals, families, and entities.
• Proficient in crafting and refining complex trust structures.
  

Executive Responsibilities:

• Develop departmental objectives, policies, and protocols.
• Recruit and train a highly capable team, cultivating a culture of professionalism, trust, and client-centered service.
• Review trust and estate plans for UHNW clients.
• Work with founders to help foster and close new business relationships.
• Build strong relationships, while serving as a trusted advisor to UHNW individuals, families, and organizations.
