Kindly note that this is a full-time position that requires on-site presence at our Newport Beach office. Responsibilities: • Independently manage cases related to Trust Administration-Decedent’s Estate from start to finish • Lead Conservatorship cases or Probate cases throughout the entire process • Initiate and maintain communication with potential and current clients through meetings and other forms of contact • Efficiently gather, arrange, and assess asset information • File court documents, schedule court appearances, and offer assistance as needed • Organize schedules and prepare case files for client consultations and hearings Qualifications: • Must have demonstrated expertise in Trust Administrations-Decedent’s Estates, as well as Conservatorships or Probates • Possession of a Paralegal certification or qualifications that align with the standards of Business & Professions Code Section 6450(c) is required • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a preference for familiarity with Actionstep • Strong attention to detail and capable of working independently or as part of a team • Must have a reliable means of transportation to our Newport Beach office or be willing to relocate before starting the position Compensation: $28 - $36 hourly DOE
