A Prominent AmLaw 200 Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Trust & Estates Paralegal to join their team on a remote basis. The team boasts long-tenured professionals who have built successful careers within the firm. The firm prioritizes career development and offers ample opportunities for advancement.

Experience with Trust & Estates or Probate Paralegal work is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level paralegal support to Trust & Estates attorneys.
• Assist with estate administration, probate proceedings, and trust and estate litigation.
• Collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other professionals.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trust & Estates/Probate.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in legal research databases and software.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year + bonus and full benefits.
