Requirements
Experience & Technical Qualifications
- Education & Licensure: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active state bar membership.
- Estate Planning Expertise : Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning law, including demonstrated proficiency in drafting complex estate planning documents (wills, living trusts, etc.).
- Legal Research & Drafting: Advanced proficiency in legal research, document preparation, and the ability to litigate cases when necessary.
- Software Skills :
* Preferred experience with WealthDocs drafting software.
* Familiarity with Clio Manage for case and client file management.
- Communication & Client Management: Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage client relationships empathetically and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Document Preparation : Draft comprehensive estate planning documents using WealthDocs.
- Client Consultations : Meet with clients to assess their unique estate planning needs and provide tailored legal advice.
- Case Management : Maintain and update client files in Clio Manage, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Legal Research & Compliance: Stay informed of changes in estate planning laws and regulations, incorporating necessary updates into client documents and firm procedures.
- Collaboration : Work alongside team members to maintain the firm’s high standard of client service.
- Professional Development : Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance professional skills.
