Responsibilities: • Review and revise various legal documents pertaining to Probate Law including Accounting Petitions, Petitions for Instructions, and Conservatorship Petitions • Oversee Trust Administrations, Probate cases, and Conservatorship cases throughout the entire process • Address Probate Notes and Tentative Rulings by supplying Supplements as needed • Collaborate closely with the Owner and Senior Associate Attorney to ensure case progression • Assign duties to paralegals, legal assistants, and law clerks while supervising their tasks • Conduct initial consultations and meetings with clients • Sustain strong client connections through regular and prompt communication • Advocate for clients during hearings • Coordinate with the billing department to create and dispatch invoices Qualifications: • The ideal Trusts, Estates & Probate Attorney for our firm in Newport Beach, CA should possess a minimum of four (4) years of experience in Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trust Administration, Conservatorships, or Probate • Must be licensed with the California State Bar • Demonstrated ability to handle legal matters and clients independently after an orientation and supervision period • Dedication to delivering top-notch service and achieving excellent results for clients • Proficient in using MS Office Suite, timekeeping, and case management software with strong computer skills • Must exhibit emotional intelligence and empathy towards clients and individuals • Ability to work effectively in the office environment as this is not a remote position Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 yearly DOE + bonus
