You will be the “face” of our studios, responsible for the first impression we make!

Excellent people, phone and email skills are a must-have for our high-volume, fast-paced photography studios. The ideal candidate must be very patient and customer service-oriented, be able to multi-task, be computer savvy, and very organized. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated by challenges with a high energy level and a fun, optimistic personality. Someone that can turn a negative to a positive and is always there to help the customer with a smile. :)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome clients, making them feel comfortable and valued
• Answer incoming calls and forward to the appropriate person
• Schedule sessions and appointments
• Confirm sessions and appointments
• Monitor calendar to prevent conflicts
• Enter client orders
• Process payment information
• Perform clerical work

This is a contract position and would start immediately.
