TURNKEY MARKETING IS LOOKING FOR A PERFORMANCE MANAGER TO JOIN OUR CLIENT SUCCESS TEAM.
JOB SUMMARY
The Performance Manager’s primary goal is client retention and growth through quality account management and relationship management. The Performance Manager will be expected to work with assigned dealer clients and share results, wins, and new opportunities. They will also need to identify areas of opportunities and risk factors for cancellation or downgrades. We are looking for candidates who have experience working successfully with clients on digital marketing products, have experience in SEM, SEO, and Social Media, a track-record of working successfully within a digital marketing organization, and a desire to be a part of a company that is focused on growth and staying on the leading edge. Experience in retail automotive is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete TurnKey Marketing’s product and process training
Regularly and effectively communicate with clients on contracted products, delivery of products, results, trending, progress towards goals and KPIs while maintaining and improving relationships on behalf of TurnKey Marketing
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, both in digital marketing and in automotive and use this understanding to make recommendations and identify opportunities with clients
Analyze account results and trends to develop key recommendations, set goals, and continually set the bar higher
Identify ‘red flags’ and potential emergencies with clients and take swift and appropriate action to stabilize the account and serve the client
Identify opportunities for account growth and incremental revenue by adding additional products and/or expanding budgets
Build and develop strong working relationships with clients and all users at all levels
Identify, nurture, and create advocates for TurnKey Marketing
Demonstrate account ownership by responding to client requests efficiently and effectively
Determine need for additional resources and ensure the client’s voice is heard in order to deepen client relationships and opportunity for success
Effectively manage time and activity to successfully engage clients as required by the TurnKey Marketing client touch strategy
Assists in generating high client attendance to educational workshops and events
Engage and participate in the exchange of best practices across entire Client Success team
Achieves objectives and KPIs set forth by management including retention metrics, customer satisfaction, product growth, increase in revenue
Some travel to client sites may be required
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in one of the following;
Must have a background and experience in digital marketing including familiarity with SEO, SEM, paid search, social media, email, websites, etc
Outstanding relationship management and communication skills
Highly motivated self-starter, capable of working in a team environment
Proficiency in using CRMs and other office productivity and project management tools
Ability to analyze and solve problems
