Responsibilities: • Be punctual and dependable • General residential maintenance experience, a plus • Have a reliable cell phone with access to the internet • Pass a background check and be bondable • Excellent Customer Service Qualifications: • Minimum age 21 • Ability to work Inside and Outdoors cutting grass, weeds, picking up trash, and snow removal • Will need to be able to deliver and Install Appliances • Be of good physical health and able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. • Make minor residential repairs • General knowledge of home repair is Highly Desirable. •  Must have a Valid Driver’s license and a good driving record. Ability to be insurable by our risk insurance company.This job description in no way implies that these are the only duties to be performed.
