Position Overview

The associate is responsible for creating and managing relationships with Designers, Procurement Companies and Hotel Management Groups, for contracting procurement of Furnishings, Seating & Lighting. Various territories throughout North America.

Job Requirements:

Generate new business with perspective customers and expand business with existing clients.

Expected to call on all market segments to expand business as it relates to Hospitality Industry

Work to increase business with current accounts and grow new accounts.

Maintain the company’s presence to make the company visible in design libraries.

Ensure customer service satisfaction and follow up on sales activity.

Job Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in outbound calls

Excellent communication skills including competent writing capabilities and Exceptional presentation skills.

Ability to find new customers via networking groups, informal conversations with Designers and the ability to develop and execute sales plans

The proven ability to close the deal.

Compensation:

Base Plus Commission Plus residual
