About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at The Primrose School at Naperville Crossings as a Two-Year-Old Preschool Lead Teacher! In this exciting role, you will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners, guiding their development and discovery through play and exploration.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of two-year-olds.

Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.

Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning and creativity.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.

Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social and emotional growth.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Must be Lead Teacher qualified in the State of Illinois

Experience working with children aged 2-3 years in an educational setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

State licensing requirements for early childhood education.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork.
