Job Summary

As an Two Year Old Teacher at A to Z Building Blocks, you’ll help care for little ones. You’ll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of each child.

Responsibilities

Creates lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levels

Document learning experience through displays and pictures

Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis

Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment for toddlers

Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards

Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Must be able to pass an FBI Background screening.

There are more requirements to the job, but we’d love to get to know you as we walk through those together.

Starting pay based on education* $1 per hour enhancement following the successful completion of selected professional development training, as determined by the employer

High School Diploma/GED: $14 an Hour

Current CDA: $15.80 an Hour

Associate in ECE, Elem Ed or Special ED: $17.05 an Hour

Bachelors in ECE, Elem Ed or Special ED: $17.80 an Hour
